A bank card is not an option

Paying for Kanz without a bank card.

Kanz cannot charge a card in every currency. If yours is not one of them you are not stuck: the trial asks nobody for a card, and the subscription is then settled against an invoice carrying a reference code to quote on the transfer.

The trial asks nobody for a card

Thirty days on the Kanz Agent plan, no card, no commitment and no payment form. No payment row is created at signup, in any currency.

This is not a favour done to one currency over another: it is the same signup for everybody.

What happens after the trial

Your plan choice is recorded during the trial, so there is nothing extra to do at signup.

Where Kanz cannot charge a card, it issues a numbered invoice carrying a reference code to quote on the transfer, and somebody at Kanz confirms the payment.

That path does not renew by itself, which is the honest trade: nothing can be taken without an act from you, but it does mean an act from you at every renewal.

If you would rather have it sorted before you even start, write to us. That beats finding out on day thirty.

What never stops

If a renewal passes unpaid, what stops is new sending. Scans at the counter, stamps, and the cards already sitting in your customers' phones keep working.

That is not commercial goodwill, it is written into the product: a card in somebody's phone is an object that belongs to them, and a late subscription has no business breaking it.

The three plans, in the three currencies

These prices are read out of the product's own price list while the page renders. There is nowhere to type a different one.

The trial runs on the Kanz Agent plan for 30 days. What happens afterwards depends on the currency you are billed in.

Why a card is not offered everywhere

Kanz takes card payments through a payment provider, and a provider does not accept every currency there is. Yours may not be on its list. That is not a choice Kanz made, and it is not an oversight either.

What Kanz does choose is not to show a payment button that would fail. A card form that refuses on the last screen costs more time than an invoice asked for at the start.

This page describes what Kanz does, not what other businesses got out of it. There is no testimonial here, no average and no percentage, because there is not yet an honest one to publish. The only numbers are the prices from the price list and the thresholds the detection rule computes: both can be redone by hand.

What people ask us most.

Can I try it without a bank card?
Yes, and not only you: nobody hands one over at signup, in any currency. There is no payment form when an account is opened.
How do I pay if there is no card?
Kanz issues a numbered invoice with a reference code. You settle it by transfer quoting that code, and somebody at Kanz confirms the payment, which extends the subscription.
What stops if a renewal passes unpaid?
New sending. Scans, stamps and the cards already installed with your customers keep working: that is a rule written into the product, not a tolerance.
Does it renew by itself?
No, not on this path, and that is the trade. Nothing can be taken without an act from you, which also means an act from you at every renewal.

Which one sounds like you?

Each one answers the question that situation actually raises, and ends with a single action, the one that makes sense there.

Write to us and we will set the payment up.

Tell us the currency you are in and the plan you are after. You will know how it works before you start rather than on day thirty.
