These terms describe what Kanz commits to doing for your business, and what we expect from you in return. They are written to be read in five minutes.
What the service is
Kanz provides a digital loyalty card for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, a scanning tool for your counter, and an agent that analyses your customers' habits and proposes follow-up messages. Kanz is a tool: it guarantees no commercial result.
Your account
You are responsible for the access you hand to your team and for the accuracy of your business details. A fraudulent scan, or access shared with someone who does not work for you, can lead to suspension.
Subscription, credits and payment
The subscription is monthly or annual, with no minimum term, cancellable at any time from your dashboard. A credit is consumed only when a message goes out in your name. Credits included in a month do not roll over; purchased top-ups never expire. If you exceed your plan's active customer count we pause new sends, never scans, never cards already issued.
Messages sent in your name
You remain the sender of every message. You agree to contact only customers who have opted in, to respect the rules of the channels used (WhatsApp, Telegram, email), and to send nothing illegal, misleading or unrelated to your business. Kanz applies quiet hours and opt-outs automatically, and may refuse a send that is plainly abusive.
Your data and your customers' data
Your customers' data belongs to you. You can export it and ask for its deletion at any time. Kanz processes it only to run the service described here. The detail is on the Privacy page.
Availability and limits
We aim for a service that is always up, but interruptions remain possible: maintenance, an outage at a messaging operator, a change at Apple or Google. Kanz's liability is limited to the amounts you actually paid over the last twelve months.
Cancellation
You can cancel in one click; the subscription stops at the end of the period already paid for and is not refunded pro rata. We may suspend an account for fraud, non-payment or use contrary to the previous section, after warning you unless it is urgent.
