If you already message your customers yourself, you know the tiring part is not writing it: it is knowing who to write to. Kanz does not take the send button off you. It hands you the list while the list is still useful, and you decide.

## What you already do works

A message written by the person who runs the place to somebody they know beats any campaign. Nobody needs to explain that to you, and Kanz has nothing to improve there.

## What you are missing is a memory, not a typewriter

You remember the regulars you like. You do not remember the ones who quietly stopped, because an absence makes no noise.

That is exactly the job Kanz does without stopping: compare each person against their own rhythm, and name the ones who are late on themselves.

## You keep the button

By default the agent proposes and you approve. It sends nothing on its own until you have asked it to.

And if you want to keep the sending for good, that is not a compromise, it is a plan: Kanz Carte gives you the card, the stamps and the list, and you send yourself, one at a time. That is the only difference between the first two plans.

## The guardrails, and what they ship set to

None of this is an argument. These are the settings that come with the account, and the limit past which the product refuses to go.

| Guardrail | Ships as | Limit |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Sending hours, in the business's local time | 10:00 to 21:00 | The window is yours to set |
| Messages to the same person | 2 per rolling 30 days | 10 at most |
| Minimum delay between two messages to the same person | 14 days | Up to 90, or zero to switch it off |
| Messages per day, everything counted | 50 | 500 at most |
| A customer opting out | Permanent | The business cannot lift it |

Every rule is re-checked at the moment of sending, not only when the message is drafted. Something written late in the afternoon and approved late at night does not go out that night: it waits for your window to open.

## Opting out, and why it cannot be undone

The opt-out link is on the back of the card. One tap does it, with no confirmation page to get through.

Once somebody has opted out, nothing puts them back into a win-back: not a setting, not a campaign, not a request from you. No action by the business writes to that column. The only thing that can reverse it is the person giving their number again themselves.

This page describes what Kanz does, not what other businesses got out of it. There is no testimonial here, no average and no percentage, because there is not yet an honest one to publish. The only numbers are the prices from the price list and the thresholds the detection rule computes: both can be redone by hand.

## What people ask us most.

### Can the agent write to someone without me seeing it?

Only if you decide it can. By default it proposes and you approve in one tap. You can hand it autopilot on the simple cases and keep approval for the rest.

### What does a message cost?

A credit is spent only when Kanz sends a message in your place. A WhatsApp or a Telegram costs one, an email costs less, and a card update in the Wallet costs nothing at all. The exact figures are on the pricing page, where they are read straight out of the product's own code. The part that picks who to nudge and writes the text is never billed.

### Can I message somebody who opted out?

No, and neither can we. No action by the business writes to that column. The only thing that puts a person back into sends is that person handing over their number again.

### What if I only want the list, without the sending?

That is the Kanz Carte plan: the agent tells you who to nudge, you send yourself. For somebody who already writes to their customers, it is often the right one.

## Keep the button. Take the memory.

Thirty days with the full agent, set to propose and wait. If you then decide you would rather send everything yourself, that is a cheaper plan, not a different product.
