### Do my customers have to install an app?

Never. The card goes into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which are already on their phone. Anyone with neither gets a plain link that works in the browser.

### What exactly is a credit?

A credit is spent only when Kanz sends a message for you: 1 for a WhatsApp or Telegram, 0.2 for an email, 0 for a wallet card update. The AI that writes the message and picks the moment is included, we never bill you for thinking.

### What is the difference between Kanz Carte and Kanz Agent?

Kanz Carte gives you the card, the stamps and the analysis: the agent tells you who to nudge, but you send the messages yourself. Kanz Agent sends them for you, at the hour that person usually walks in. That is the only real difference, and it is the one that changes your week.

### Can the agent send something without me seeing it?

Only if you decide so. By default it proposes and you approve with one tap. You can hand it autopilot for the easy cases and keep approval for the rest.

### What if a customer doesn't want messages any more?

One tap opts them out: a link on the back of their card and in every message, with no confirmation screen. Kanz never contacts them again, even if you ask it to, and your business's sending hours are respected automatically.

### Can I use it from any country?

Yes. Kanz is built for any neighbourhood business, wherever it is. Today we bill in dinars, euros or riyals: your country only picks the currency shown by default.

### How long does setup take?

About four minutes: create the account, choose the reward, print the QR. Your first customer can scan straight away.

### What if it doesn't work for my place?

You stop. No commitment, cancel in one click, and your customers stay yours: the full CSV export of your customers, their visits and your consent records is available on every plan, at any time, from Settings. Once a day, and without having to ask us for it.
